teaching Linux to some very good administrators.
I like Switzerland and I love my job for allowing me to go there and
spread Linux.
The 6 hours in trains and stations I am less enthusiastic about. Lets
see if all connections work out.

There is some nice weather outside today, so I will test my Wlan reception in the garden. Perheaps thats motivating enough to finish this darn thing finally.

Zürich is a very nice town.

It is not too big and very neat. There are no spectacular new buildings from the 70s which nobody wants to look at anymore. The old buildings have a nice touch of understatement while being spectacular at the same time. (photos follow later)

I doubt I have seen as many banks per square km outside of Frankfurt. The banks here have smaller buildings, but I doubt they have less money ;)

One thing you notice pretty fast is Switzerland being an expensive country. At least when compared to Germany. According to the BicMac index almost 25%.

Well walking along Zrich Bahnhofstr. is not really showing reality ;) Lots of jewels, expensive clothes and banks. (Cartier … , Dolce & Gabana … , Credit Suisse …)

Apropos McDonalds, McD Switzerland has WLAN Accesspoints (for free until 28.02) in all restaurants according to the written advertisement. Unfourtunately I left my Laptop in my room and my Zaurus is at home. Last time I walk around without a WLAN capable device. :(

I expected more snow than back home, but it feels warmer and it has actually less snow than where I came from.

After walking around Zrich all afternoon my feet hurt and I am tired. So no coherent post right now ;)
